Add Read-Option and QB Designed Runs

We should add read-option plays and QB designed runs.

Some context, we're in the middle of a draft in MFN-19, and it's frustrating seeing QBs like this one get generated:

That QB will never use his AC, SP combination if he stays as a QB. And he'll rarely use his Accuracy, Arm combination if he is switched to RB. However, he'd be a perfect read-option QB in the Russ Wilson mode or highly mobile pocket QB like Alex Smith. But since QBs don't do any north-south scrambling, he just has wasted attributes.

His ball carrying is very low. I doubt he'd make a good RB, or option QB.

While that is true, his AC and SP combo would make him a very good running QB. Except the QBs in the game only run east-west.

Ha. That's true.

In general, I am in favor of more plays, including designed QB runs. I'm not sure about the read-option, as I have very little confidence in the AI's decision making. I have a feeling it would turn into something similar to a shotgun run (a play I NEVER call because it NEVER works for me).

In real life, I have a general distaste for the read-option in the pro game for two reasons:

1) It exposes the QB to the DE or OLB spy.
2) QBs are not treated as running backs when they take the option.

So you're exposing the QB to get hit in the backfield while hamstringing the defense downfield.

However I suggested it because they are all the rage.

Before this happens I'd like to see a QB spike every once in a while :(

+1 Spiking and scrambling need to happen at the same time.

It's still there, it's just less likely because the offense will try to use up the clock to prevent the opposing team from getting much of a chance to match a score.

I havnt seen a spike in about 7-8 months honestly if not longer, probably like the second season after I joined the league when all those time out issues happened. I had thought it may have had something to do with that and that is why it was scrapped
