ok misunderstanding you put an "s" on the end of set in your first post so I thought you were saying "10 personnel sets" not "personnel set 10"

actually 8 of the 10 personnel sets are in the overrides, its just that they are listed by formation instead to give you more control as you can have multiple formations using the same personnel set


The 10 personnel set is not listed at all. I had to switch to the old UI to set my overrides.


Do you have any plays in the 10 personnel? The new interface is filtering the overrides by what you have available to you in your playbook, the old interface didn't.

bar graph says I have pending contract worth almost 7 million but I don't have any pending contracts out...I'll let you know how important an OC is after this season. :)

I've given up on coaches in that league, apparently we don't need them anyway ????

I did the reset and the original message I had was that I couldn't pay my TEs coach more than my HC (which I wasn't) so offered my HC slightly more. I now have $93k to sign a new TE coach, not going to happen.
First post in this thread is far far away.

Over the weekend I added more feedback on the coach contract offer page - it should now tell you the actual minimum/maximum you can offer if you are over/under it. At the bottom it should also show you each position and what the threshold is - so you can see at a glance that your HC is making X so you can't offer your OC more than that, or that your highest paid position coach is making Y so you must offer at least that much. If your contracts are too tight together you'll have to do it in two stages - i.e. offer your HC a higher contract to make room for your OC offer.

If you're still unable to make an offer and especially if it's rejecting your offer without giving you feedback before you submit it, PM me the details so I can enter your account and see what you're seeing.

The 'pending' contract part of the bar includes the offer you are currently making, btw.

yeah, I get all that, and like I said I haven't offered another contract so why would I have one pending?
basically what I have going on is this:
After I hit the one time reset for coaches salaries last week it appears that I now have about 650,000 dollars to hire an OC, which no OC will take... feel free to access my account and check it out.

Yes, multiple plays. I went in to sub the RB with my pass blocking TE because the RB doesn't run out of the 10 set and I don't have him run a route.

I see that you did hire an OC in that league for $5,240,606 - but here's how the bar works. If you were to attempt to make another offer to an OC for $5,240,606 or more (you actually don't have room to offer more, but let's say that you did) the bar will update while you are creating the offer to show that this is a pending offer. You haven't submitted it yet, but the bar is showing your state if you do submit it. If you offer less than $5,240,606 (which you can since your highest paid position coach is lower than this) you won't see a pending offer in the bar because if the coach accepts another offer you're still on the hook for the current contract. Essentially the bar is showing you the worst case scenario based on all your pending contract + the one you are composing as if you had submitted the one you are composing.

Ok, gotcha on the pending offers thing.
Now, as for coaches...I had a new OC this morning all right but I didn't offer the contract to him, I thought you did....which I was fine with by the way.
He signed for 850,000 a year for 4 yrs.. I also had the offer again this morning to reset coaches salaries, so I did that again as well. Thus the 5 million you alluded to.
Anyway, doesn't matter, I have coaches in all slots and Im happy.
