Practice Mode?

I know very little about the amount of effort it takes to make this game run. I do know one of the most enjoyable parts of the game is watching a simulation. I was wondering if there could be something like a practice mode where you could pick a play from your offense/defense and run it against a defense/offense and be able to watch the result through a sim window. I just think it would be kinda cool and also somewhat helpful if you can see the results of a play against a certain formation. The opponent could either be your own players or a generic AI or something. And maybe it could be part of the midweek where you get to pick 10 separate plays to watch.

Just a thought, I have no idea if this would be way too much effort to implement.

Think about all the unstoppable cheap plays that would spawn from this.

Can you expand on this a bit? I'm not sure how that would be the case since you'd just be picking from plays you already have access to anyway.

When you practice all your plays you start to notice that certain plays get huge gains almost every time. So people could tweak their gameplay so those plays would be called all the time. With our system now nobody has enough readily available film to see that.

I dont know what League your seeing huge gains in player familiarity of plays because I have leagues in which I have run the same plays in my playbook for 5+ seasons and I am still no place close to max familiarity on them.

I dont mind this at all as long as there was a set limit on how many plays you could run on days between games

I think if we use that kind of system only the same handful of owners will win every time so we won't see the same parity around the leagues.

I mean I wanna win but I don't have enough time to spend 4-5 hours per day on this game so if no matter what I do I end up losing everytime, I'll probably just quit just like lots of people. Gotta keep it simple to a certain point. Right now those who spend more time gameplanning are having more success. But even with little time on this game you have a chance to win so everyones happy

What I would like to see is the ability to have scrims, ie; your own O vs D, not necessarily against other teams.
