When Scouting it should state SCOUTING - Arizona and then name the GM.

When in the scouting tabs, therefore, you don't have to flick around.

Scouting Arizona - Ai

It'd be able to maneuver by each sim stage. Vacated GM would go right to Ai and then when it's picked back up again a new GM would be put into the place.
