If you cant trade you cant put people on trading block

Basically people cant trade for a month yet people can put players on the trading block doesnt seem like a problem.

it should work where if you cant trade for month you cant put players on the trading block.

like for example

OP in that thread was able to put his RB on the trading block but no one can trade with him for another week.
