Available teams page

I was wondering if it might be a good idea to list the leagues that are not spinning on the available teams page first? It could possibly help these leagues get someone new to join without going through all the leagues.

Great idea in my opinion. I'd be happy to jump into a league and just go auto-pilot to save it.
