Players going into coaching

My suggestion is when players reach the end of their career, some of them can appear in the unemployed coaches area and teach the new guys. I know not too many go into coaching after playing for years. Maybe guys that have career ending injuries or guys that didn't make it to a championship so they can still maybe get a ring?

actually at times the players who go into coaching do it in College with either their career ended with a injury or their pro career has ended if they play in pros at all.

also some of those players go into other areas like being a sports announcer , etc.

I've suggested this a few times in the past.

I really wish this could be a thing. Would make the game x10 more immersive and personal.

I don't know. I already have to work up the courage to bring a player into my virtual office and tell him he's off the team. I'm scared I'm gonna loss a friend or something! More personal! I don't know if my emotions could handle it. ;)
