Ok first let me say I don't know how a owner loses their team , the process that goes thru that and really don't want to make it any worse.

it is just that I have seen teams that it's owner hasn't been active for 6 days ( ok this may not be a big idea ) or 12 days ( this one to me is a big deal if there ever was one) and what I would like to see happen is if a player hasn't played for 2 weeks they should lose that team.

my reasoning behind that is to me it is kinda of unfair and selfish if lets say that 4 teams in one division had to play 16 games each yet only 1 team out of those 4 teams had to play that team that hasn't played for 2 weeks then really they have a sizable advantage over the other 3 teams who don't have to play that team.

Now if I had to play that team and the other 3 teams didn't I would have a bad taste in my mouth that I made the playoffs because I played that team yet the other 3 didn't play that team and didn't make the playoffs because if they had they would have.

Same as if I was one of those 3 teams that didn't play that team and was not able to make the playoffs and I only needed 1 victory I would be very highly pissed because of that fact.


Now if this idea sees the light of day and is made happen then I would like to also see a notification either thru this game , email or even maybe facebook that the owner of that team who hasn't played for 2 weeks is going to lose that team so they can either come back and make sure they don't lose that team or they can let someone else get that team by not coming back and playing this game .

+1 but for those going on a vacation maybe having a button than simulates there team?

I'd hate to go on vacation and lose my team. Even if there's a button as the ^ reply said, that's too hard to remember. I'd be pissed if this ever saw the light of day.

I don't like it. I have owned the same team in Cust-17 for 3 or 4 seasons now but there was a time during last season in that league where I definitely wasn't on for over two weeks because I was just busy with other things in life. I would've been really bummed to lose that team because I have been very active in managing it other that that short time a couple months ago.

Would have to imagine if this did happen there would a vacation button so if someone had to go on vacation for a extended period they wouldn't lose their team because of that.

I suggested something similar to this in April of 2015. Still waiting.
