Is there a limit on the number of draft picks you can have?

I have a team that needs a massive rebuild and I am trading away some players for draft picks. Is there a limit on the number of picks you can have in one years draft?

I've had 15 picks .. I'm sure others can top that number .. minus an allocation draft ;) lol
