Which is it? GP Distance

GP Distance Adjustment Speed
Each play adjusts your offensive short/medium/long ranges. A low value here causes this adjustment to occur slowly, a high value causes it to change quickly. Recommended values are between 5 and 10.

But the slider goes from 0-100? So is the recommended value still 5 to 10?

I'd even go farther and ask...what the heck does this even do? When you want a higher value? Etc...?

The bar was set differently before if I recall.(0-10)
It's at (0-100) now. Does this make a difference now of should it still be set between 5 and 10?

Did I make it 0-10 at some point? It may have reverted back to 0-100 with the interface update last winter. I know I have thought about limiting it to 10 in the past, I may have done it. But no, you'll get pretty wacky results if you have it much higher than 10.
