Buffalo Bills opening?

I am looking for a league where the Buffalo Bills are open that has the majority of the teams takeb by Active players. The only ones i've found have more than half the league are BOTs

Most of the GMs are German speaking people. Only 3 vacant teams incl. Bills. Just entering the championship match.
