when, realisticly will new leagues open? i would like to start in a league from scratch with the team i want rather then joining a league with a few seasons going where its always the same few top teams compeating.

New leagues open when existing leagues have filled up - that way we don't have a bunch of leagues with no owners as people leave them to play in new leagues.
