The worst team ever, wanted!!

Well the title says everything......do you have available in your league a team that never won anything and in the future is black??? I want it!!! .... i have a bit more time available and i want to try to go from zero to hero!!!

i believe atlanta in gridiron boys had amateur owner,good luck putting them right :)
