Yuk ! Man that single signing crushed the cap for years. Did CPU try to fill a spot ? Totally random ?

If you take over a team that was SIM for even a short period of time, you are going to run into cap issues at some point. I inherited a good team in a custom league that could have been great this season except for $30 million in dead cap for older players who retired or needed to be cut loose.
