Hey my former RB coach James Fletcher was offered a new contract, a three year deal worth a little over 5 million, the avg pos. coach rate. And he rejected it LOL!! I discovered him, hired him gave him his first pro coaching job and he rejected. I just moved forward with another coach. The nerve of him. LOL!
