In an I-Form the FB should be WR 5, the RB WR 4, the TE WR 3, the Flanker WR 2 and the Wide Out WR 1.

But yes, it should absolutely be showed.

The one question I need is when it's 2 TE and no FB... which TE gets which designation. That one still confuses me.

TE on same side as #1 WR is #3, so in the offensive right in this game.

HOWEVER I have noticed that the defenses in MFN will have the DB/LB travel the shortest distance from his diagram location, so often times Nickel corner defaults to Left side, SS or SLB to right side, for example, regardless of assignment. They still all get picked up though.
