Coach Moves

How did I lose my offensive coordinator to another team were he moved down to QB coach? He wasn’t in the last year of contract and you get no notice you might lose him? I have never been able to get a coach to move down like that.

Looking at your team I see your offensive coordinator http://mfn13.preview.myfootballnow.com/coach/110 who was hired by Tampa Bay for their head coach, is that who you are referring to? Another team can promote your coordinator to head coach but shouldn't be able to sign him as a QB (or other position) coach.

Sorry my bad, I clicked the wrong coach in the transaction thought he went to Miami as QB coach. He is the new Tampa HC. All good.
