Sim durations

I've noticed that sims take about 2-4 hours now. Is there a reason that time has gone up? Increase in leagues slow down the sims?

I do think it is related to the number of leagues running, there is also additional computations with the newer engine. Still doing troubleshooting on that front to get them to run faster.
